This single-family house is built upon a plot within a redeveloped harbor area. The ground floor has an open character and contains a big kitchen along with a working space. The private part of the house is conceived as a volume, built of prefabricated wooden elements, hovering over the ground floor. As the contrast of the wooden interior, the exterior of this volume is finished with plaster in an abstract detailing.
