RETAIL CENTRE

Like many of Holland's post-war city extensions, Apeldoorn's district of Anklaar is suffering problems of wear, obsoleteness, and social tensions. To generate and facilitate improvements we were asked to make plans for the redevelopment of it's commercial and service-center. Our proposal suggests a gradual intensification of program and services, morphologically and infra-structurally fully merged in the existing urban structure.
